APPLICATION PROCESS

Thank you for your interest in Veritas Christian Community School. We sincerely hope that you will explore the information on our website and, should you decide that Veritas is the school for your child, the Application Process is as follows:

1. Complete the Registration Form.

2. Return the Registration Form with the $100.00 per child registration fee to:
Veritas Christian Community School; 3993 S. HWY 92; Sierra Vista, AZ 85650

3. Upon receipt of the Registration Form and the registration fee you will be given an Application.

4. Return the completed Application with the requested additional paperwork to the school. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

5. There are two appointments that you must arrange through the school office:
    *Entrance examinations for your child.
    *A Family Interview; We request that fathers, mothers, and students attend the Interview.

      However, other arrangements must be made for younger siblings.

6. Once the Application File is complete (all forms completed, requested paperwork included, entrance exams, and family interview conducted) it will be given to the Admissions Committee. The Admissions Committee will prayerfully consider your application and render their decision regarding admission. A complete application and testing is not a guarantee of acceptance. All students that are in the process of admissions are placed on a waiting list for the next school year. 

7. You will be notified in writing within two weeks of the Admission Committee’s decision. Your registration fee will be refunded if your child is not admitted. Fees will not be refunded if you withdraw or cancel your application.

8. Upon acceptance, you will be asked to come to the school office to complete the student’s file. Please be sure to bring with you all items requested in your letter of acceptance.

9. At this time you will sign the Financial Agreement for payment of tuition charges. The current tuition is $5,830, which is divided into eleven equal payments of $530; July – May.
